As BlueCHP (BCL) continues to expand its housing portfolio, BCL’s team continues to grow with it. 
Darren Mew is the latest staff member to join the BCL team and has been appointed as BCL’s Senior Development Manager.
Darren is a multi-skilled & engaging property industry professional with strong national networks and extensive project experience across property asset classes.
In addition to his experience as Design and Planning Manager with Stockland Qld, and Urban Design Manager to Springfield Land Corporation, Darren has held senior positions with national property consultancies in Qld and NSW including EDAW Australia and Urbis Pty Ltd.
With a background in Urban Design, Planning and Landscape Architecture, Darren has contributed to the success of many award-winning residential communities across Australia.
Based in Qld, and with significant expertise in affordable housing, compact communities and project leadership, Darren is focussed on the delivery of the Logan Renewal Initiative, Australia’s largest social housing stock transfer.
