The Management Team
The Management Team comprises of the following staff:

The BCL Management team comprises of skilled staff with extensive experience and skillsets across a broad range of sectors both in Australia and internationally including ASX Listed companies, property development corporations and multinational organisations. Each member of the BCL Management team brings a strong individual skillset and experience to BCL incorporating financial, property development, asset management, mergers and acquisitions, compliance and operational risk management.

The Property Services Team comprises of skilled property staff with an enviable depth of experience in the complete life-cycle of property development. We focus on quality, with the BCL board and management having both international and professional experience in housing delivery and asset management.
The BCL team strength is a result of the network of relationships built over their careers, and their drive to actively engage and retain the services of the best advisors in their sector including; law, planning, property advisory, valuation, property finance and quantity surveying
The Finance & Compliance Team
The Finance Team comprises of the following staff:

- Kylie Harris (Accounts Payable/Officer All Rounder)
- Sarah Donovan (Compliance Manager/Company Secretary)
The Finance & Compliance Team comprises of experienced staff with broad experience from community housing, financial services, manufacturing and property development industries. The team handles issues in relation to finance (including accounts payable, receivable, budgeting and forecasting of the organisation), compliance, risk management and governance of BCL and its Board Directors. The team also handles all of BCL’s regulatory reporting to Regulators including Department of Social Services (NRAS), HNSW (Community Housing Division unit level reporting) and under the National Regulatory Scheme Community Housing (NRSCH) as well as compliance with all corporate governance regulators including ASIC, ACNC and the ATO.
Some of the staff have been with BCL since its early beginnings and seen the growth of the business to its current position today.
