As a not-for-profit, tier one Community Housing Provider, BlueCHP delivers affordable, social, and specialist disability housing, creating homes that change lives and strengthen communities.

We seek to make a difference to people’s lives by providing housing choices to disadvantaged Australians, utilising all the benefits that we can derive from our charitable status. Our focus is on the provision of affordable and disability housing for generations.
Our homes will be diverse, offering choice for different ages, abilities, and life stages.

As a Community Housing Provider (CHP), we have retained a portfolio of over 1,172 affordable, social, and SDA homes that provide secure and affordable housing to over 2,400 Australians.
About our projects
We are passionate about delivering high-quality and thoughtfully designed homes.
Our highly experienced property development team and network of planners, architects,
builders, and other providers enable us to scale depending on each project’s requirements.
Partnering to scale
We have partnered with financiers, builders, other CHPs, and tenancy managers to deliver over 2,000 affordable, social, and disability homes to the CHP sector. The industry is a network of consultants, builders, and developers; our skill is to bring all of those together to deliver large-scale change.
Development in our DNA
BlueCHP started its journey in 2008, with a small team focused solely on developing projects for other community housing providers. Our organisational design enables us to leverage housing provision by working with multiple partners in tenancy and asset management (CHPs), disability care providers, and financiers.
Bridging the gaps
BlueCHP creates the bridge between the commercial and
not-for-profit/government worlds. Our team has significant expertise in raising finance for large scale transactions. and over the last 3 years has raised more than $400M. Our team provides their expertise and experience to State and Federal government agencies on policy issues surrounding the sector and in developing the SDA Design Guidelines.
Participant-led approach to SDA
We have delivered SDA homes for more than 400 Australians. Our Guide You Home Seven-Step Process delivers SDA housing through our unique participant-led approach. Our homes are designed and built to suit the participant’s needs and provide long-term security.
