Why Us?
Trusted Expertise. Proven Impact.
With the trusted capability of a tier one provider and a proven commitment to community, we deliver secure, sustainable homes that change lives and strengthen communities across eastern Australia.
Delivering affordable, social and disability housing across eastern Australia
BlueCHP started its journey in 2008 with a small team that focused solely on developing projects in New South Wales. Over the years, we have grown to become both a developer and a provider of social, affordable and specialist disability accommodation (SDA) homes.
We have successfully delivered over 2,000 homes in New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria and South Australia.
As a community housing provider (CHP), we have retained a portfolio of over 1172 social, affordable, and SDA homes that provide secure and affordable housing to over 2,400 people.

Why Us?
How we work
Our organisation brings financial strength to any transaction with property investments over $400m. With our long-term investors (minimum of 20 years), BlueCHP will be able to continue to offer Australians a secure future, enabling them to access a home they can afford, and one that meets their needs.
The BlueCHP team provides our expertise and experience to State and Federal government agencies on policy issues surrounding the sector and in developing the SDA Design Guidelines. We strongly support providing Australians with choice and control, one of the key principles of the NDIS.
