A new affordable housing community taking shape in the heart of Beerwah, Queensland. This development will deliver 70 new apartments designed to provide secure and affordable homes for local residents.

The Beerwah project will provide new housing options for Queenslanders experiencing housing stress, including essential service workers, and individuals on the state’s Housing Register.
These new homes will contribute to the growing need for safe,
well-designed, and affordable housing in the Sunshine Coast hinterland.

By revitalising a key site opposite the Beerwah Railway Station, the project also supports the area’s ongoing growth and future connection to the Sunshine Coast Direct Rail Line.

The site was initially proposed for an aged care facility, but plans evolved to meet the region’s growing demand for social and affordable housing. In partnership with the Queensland Government, BlueCHP and Altum Property Group are transforming the site into a modern, sustainable residential community that will enhance the local landscape while providing much-needed homes for
the community.
