BlueCHP in Queensland is happy to announce Burnie Brae is partnering to deliver 35 seniors apartments.
Burnie Brae will work with BlueCHP’s team in Queensland to design housing solutions that help residents live healthy and active lives.
BlueCHP will deliver feasibility assessments, financial modelling and full development management services for Burnie Brae.
The apartments will be located in Chermside on the northside of Brisbane.
Darren Mew, BlueCHP’s development lead in Queensland said professional services are an important part of BlueCHP’s offering.
Kevin Rouse, Burnie Brae Chief Executive Officer, said “BlueCHP’s team have given us the structure and confidence to expand our services, including new housing solutions for our members in Queensland.
