BlueCHP was proud to celebrate a significant milestone for Glenn Amanonce, who recently reached 10 years of service with the organisation.
Since joining BlueCHP in 2016, Glenn has played a central role in shaping and delivering the organisation’s national housing development program. His deep end-to-end development experience, technical expertise and calm, solutions-focused leadership have been instrumental in ensuring BlueCHP consistently delivers high-quality housing for communities across Australia.
Driving Complex Projects with Impact
Over the past decade, Glenn has led and supported a number of BlueCHP’s most complex and impactful developments.
As Senior Development Manager in New South Wales, Glenn was closely involved in the Hunter Residences Program. This Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) initiative delivers purpose-built homes for people with complex disabilities. During the project, Glenn managed challenging negotiations and complex design requirements. He helped strengthen financial outcomes and ensure delivery aligned with both Participant needs and BlueCHP’s quality standards. In addition, Glenn has contributed to the delivery of more than 130 affordable homes in Jordan Springs and Ropes Crossing. These homes are part of the St Mary’s ADI project in Western Sydney. This is a continuing project, aimed at expanding access to safe, affordable housing for low-income households.
Meanwhile, Glenn’s work in Victoria includes the delivery of 95 purpose-built homes for people living with mental illness. Glenn worked alongside community partners on this project to ensure the homes were co-designed with lived experience at the centre.

Strengthening National Delivery and Innovation
Now in his national role as National Manager – Housing Construction & Delivery, Glenn oversees housing construction and completion across multiple states, ensuring projects meet high standards for cost, quality, sustainability, and compliance.
Glenn is a key driver of innovation within BlueCHP’s development function. In recent years, he has led the introduction of cloud-based project management technology across the organisation’s construction portfolio, improving real-time visibility, financial control, and governance as BlueCHP’s development pipeline continues to grow.
Leadership Aligned with Purpose
Colleagues and partners alike value Glenn’s steady leadership, his collaborative approach, and dedication to delivering homes that matter. His work strongly aligns with BlueCHP’s purpose to provide high-quality, affordable housing for Australians in need.
BlueCHP CEO Charles Northcote and Chairman Craig Lee, along with the Board and wider organisation, thank Glenn for his outstanding contribution over the past decade.
