Partnership Opportunities
BlueCHP is currently preparing submissions under HAFF Round 3 and is seeking early engagement with developers, landowners, builders, financiers and investors, to identify projects and partnership opportunities aligned with objectives of the HAFF.

About

HAFF Round 3

HAFF Round 3 (R3) builds on the momentum of Funding Rounds 1 and 2, which have already committed 18,650 homes nationally, delivering outcomes in every State and Territory.

Key features of R3 include:

  • A non-competitive, merit-based assessment
  • An open application model (no fixed closing date)
  • A two-stage application process (Expression of Interest and Detailed Application)
  • Integrated assessment of Availability Payments, Concessional Loans, and HAFF Senior Debt
  • A strong emphasis on delivery certainty and scale

HAFF R3 delivers housing through four streams: First Nations–led ownership, housing diversity, State and Territory delivery, and large-scale partnerships.

Funding remains open until allocations are fully committed or at Housing Australia’s discretion.
