Great partnerships delivering much needed affordable housing for the community

Ropes Crossing

In 2012, the NSW Government awarded BlueCHP Stage 1 of the $22 million Ropes Crossing development, which has seen 90 new affordable homes built. Because of the success of Stage 1, the NSW Government has awarded BlueCHP with Stage 2 of the development, which will see an additional 70 affordable homes delivered over the next 4 years.

This project demonstrates how great partnerships, with government, the not-for-profit sector and private providers can deliver affordable housing. Due to the success of the Ropes Crossing program, the NSW Government has appointed BlueCHP as the Community Housing Provider to deliver affordable housing in the Jordan Springs East development, which will add an additional 70 dwellings to the community.
