BlueCHP worked with Wentworth Community Housing to provide affordable homes in the heart of the Rouse Hill town centre. The development includes 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units, some of which are adaptable for older people who may need additional assistance.
The development includes a mix of social and affordable housing, a salt and peppered solution to encourage a greater sense of community. The development includes 28 apartments, 70% of which will be affordable housing and 30% social housing.
