A pioneering mixed-tenure project, increasing the supply of social, affordable, and specialist disability homes in Liverpool, New South Wales.

This unique complex comprises 63 units and provides homes for up to 120 people.

It is the first social housing project in Australia to be funded under a low-interest loan by Housing Australia.

BlueCHP purchased the property from Homes NSW under a ‘sale and buy back’ arrangement. Initially, five allotments were acquired. These were later consolidated into the one property.

The development comprises a five-storey building above a basement carpark, with all units constructed to achieve Silver Level LHA.
