Macarthur Gardens in Campbelltown is an affordable housing project delivered by BlueCHP. It is Australia’s largest residential timber building, constructed with cross-laminated timber (CLT).

The development features three architecturally designed towers comprising a total of 101 apartments. Of these, 56 homes are dedicated to affordable rental housing, delivering on BlueCHP’s core mission to increase access to quality, safe, and secure affordable homes across Australia. These properties are made available to residents who need them most, supporting individuals and families to build stability and long-term independence.

The remaining 45 dwellings were sold on the private market, successfully blending private ownership and affordable housing within a unified community.

Each apartment includes two bathrooms, stone benchtops, stainless steel appliances, and floor-to-ceiling tiling in wet areas, along with gas hot water and modern, durable finishes.

Located in a well-connected area, Macarthur Gardens is within walking distance of Western Sydney University (WSU) Campbelltown Campus, Campbelltown Hospital, Macarthur Square Shopping Centre, and Macarthur Railway Station.
