In October 2022, BlueCHP proudly celebrated the official opening of this development, delivering 38 new social housing apartments in Lutwyche, Queensland.
It marked one of the first developments under the Queensland Government’s $2.9 billion Housing Investment Growth Initiative. This initiative aimed to deliver 7,400 new social and affordable homes across the state.
