Opening of 1-3 McCleery Ave, Moss Vale
BlueCHP Limited has partnered with Member organisation, Argyle Community Housing to develop 11 affordable housing units in Moss Vale. Located in McCleery Ave, this development includes 11 brand new 1 & 2 bedroom units to be rented under the National Rental Affordability Scheme (NRAS).
The site was opened on Friday the 21st August at 10am by Mayor Duncan Gair, Deputy General Manager Mark Pepping of the Wingercarribee Group, the staff of Argyle Community Housing and invited guests.
Of the 11 x 1 and 2 bedroom units built on the site – 4 are fully adaptable for those with special access requirements and each unit has off street parking.
