In August 2023 BlueCHP received the keys to 37 properties in Peakhurst, in Sydney’s south, from the Land and Housing Corporation.
BlueCHP look forward to tenants starting to move into these homes, built by Mono Constructions, who are also constructing 93 units for BlueCHP across two sites at Liverpool and Lane Cove.
“The quality of the design and build is excellent”, noted BlueCHP CEO, Charles Northcote.
These 1, 2, and 3-bedroom homes will be available to households on the social housing priority waitlist.
Within a few weeks the first tenants will start moving into their new homes.
