On the 1st May 2017, BlueCHP Ltd (BCL) commenced tenancy management services of 73 properties that were previously managed by Women’s Housing Company (WHC) in the Northmead, Bankstown and North Parramatta areas; on BCL’s behalf.
The tenants transferring are all single women and BCL are committed to providing the same number of homes for rent to single women into the future as have been supplied to WHC from BCL throughout its history working together.
We wish to thank Women’s Housing Company for their partnership and support and will continue to provide the same level of service to our tenants.
