Today BlueCHP received the keys to 37 properties in Peakhurst from the Land and Housing Corporation. We are excited for tenants to start moving into these homes, built by Mono Constructions. Mono Constructions are constructing 93 units for BlueCHP across two sites at Liverpool and Lane Cove.

These 1, 2 and 3-bedroom homes will be available to households on the social housing priority wait list. Within a few weeks the first tenants will start moving into their new homes.
