BlueCHP is proud to announce that we have been named as one of the best places to work, winning a 2025 Xref Engage Award for ‘Best Workplace’. This award recognises organisations that deliver exceptional employee experience and engagement while executing strong management practices.
The win is a significant achievement, highlighting BlueCHP’s commitment to building an engaging workplace where employees can thrive. It follows the completion in March 2025 of BlueCHP’s staff engagement survey by Xref Engage (formerly the Voice Project). With an outstanding participation rate of 97%, the survey captured valuable insights into the experiences, engagement, and wellbeing of BlueCHP team members.
BlueCHP earned the distinction of best workplace by exceeding a benchmark score of 80% across the survey, including key engagement and management metrics. As well as surpassing the benchmark, BlueCHP placed above the industry standard.
These results reflect not just a successful survey, but a thriving organisation. BlueCHP staff consistently highlighted the positive work environment, dedication, and shared values that define our organisation.

In the 2024 Financial Year, BlueCHP reported 2,410 people housed, across 1,172 dwellings. The organisation also delivered a total social benefit of $13.2 million to the Australian community through its social and affordable housing provision.*
