BlueCHP has partnered with the NSW Government to deliver 10 new seniors living units in Oyster Bay.
Land and Housing Corporation piloted a new approach for the project, engaging BlueCHP to manage construction, and also ongoing tenancy and property management.
Working with a Community Housing Provider in this way allows government to make the most of BlueCHP’s expertise, a one stop shop for development and management services.
The project cost $2.8 million with Tradelink Constructions completing the project in 28 weeks.
